Participate can very according to the specific insurance plan, employer, network, and service provided. Being listed with an insurance compant does not guarantee that every plan offered by that compant is accepted.

Self-Pay Rates
Individual Therapy - $145 per session.
Sliding-Scale
Sparrow Integrative Therapy offers a limited number of reduced-fee appointments baased on financial needs and current availability.
Sliding-scale fees are based on annual household income.
